I am really into cooking and wonder what the best type of knives to get. I currently have Voctorinox which are great but they are getting a bit old and could do with replaceing.

I am looking for a proffesional brand of kitchen knives. Money is of no option, i can spend $100,000 if i like. I would just like to know the best kitchen knife brand that is available to buy.
